GoVolt is an italian startup active since October 2018 that offers micromobility sharing and B2B services to residents, tourists and companies. GoVolt rents electric mopeds and kick-scooters providing green and efficient transport options. 

The service is currently active in Milan.

Users are required to be at least 18 years old and hold a valid license (AM, A, B, C o D) to ride our scooters.

Licenses of all nationalities are accepted as long as they are valid.

You can find the complete Regulations for our service here. When you sign up through our app we will send you an email with a copy of the Regulations,Terms & Conditions and the User Manual attached.

Signing up for the service is free. The rate for our scooters is 0,26€ per minute.

Our service is active 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

The payment is per ride and is automatically applied at the end of your ride. You can modify your payment method at any time in the ‘My Profile’ section of the app.

To sign up for our service and ride the scooters, you will need a valid ID, a valid credit/debit card, your fiscal Code and a valid Driver's License.

Signing up is fast and simple. Follow the steps on the app and insert the details relative to your account along with a valid payment method.

To ride our scooters your Driver's License must be approved. This procedure can usually take up to a day, but if you are in a hurry to ride, just contact our customer service!

If you wish to unsubscribe, you will not be asked to specify a reason nor will there be penalties. Users can send a registered letter with a return receipt or certified e-mail ("PEC") to the following addresses:

If you’ve forgotten your password, follow the guided procedure on the app. Our team will then send you an email with instructions on how to set-up a new one.

Users can modify information inserted during the time of registration in the 'My Profile' section.

If you find a damaged vehicle, report it using the appropriate information in the bottom sheet of the vehicle in our app. If there are of serious damages that may prevent the rental of a vehicle, contact our customer service immediately.

In the event of an accident or serious damage to the vehicle, contact our customer service immediately at +39 02 80896721.

If the vehicle won’t accelerate or has turned off it means the battery has probably run out. If you need assistance, contact our customer service.

Based on our Regulations, fines are charged to the customer who rented the scooter at the time of infringement.

Make sure that the license plate of the vehicle is the same as the one you selected on the app. In case you can’t start the vehicle, contact our customer service to receive assistance.

Ride without worries, we’ll think about recharging!

Two people can ride on our scooters. You will find two helmets of different sizes in the top case.

You can freely ride within our Operational Area. Remember to respect the speed limits and rules of the traffic laws. For more information on where our vehicles can circulate, take a look at the ‘How To’ section on our app.

Users are permitted to exit the Operational Area during the time of rental. When ending the ride, it is mandatory to return the vehicle within the Operational Area.

Users are not permitted to rent a vehicle for third parties. If you booked the vehicle from your account, you have to be the one to drive it at the time of rental.

Our vehicles can be parked anywhere within the Operational Area. When parking, users must respect the traffic laws of the area.
