We are looking for an ADMINISTRATIVE ASSITANT. Someone positive, proactive and with excellent problem-solving skills to add to our team.
Specifically, the Administrative Assistant will:
- Manage administrative procedures;
- Deal with customer support needs;
- Gather and complete administrative documentation;
- Coordinate appointments, schedules and meetings;
- Help clients subscribe, understand flows and use GoVolt;
- Analyse data points collected for continuous improvement of the service;
No previous experience is required but having previously held administrative roles is a plus. Knowledge of additional languages will also be regarded positively. The ideal candidate has a resilient, proactive and positive attitude, has excellent learning skills and is eager to integrate within the team’s pre-existing structure.
Requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of Italian and English, both written and spoken;
- Multitasking capabilities;
- Aptitude to problem solving;
- Professionalism;
- Ability to work in teams and interact with other departments;
- Flexibility, availability and detail orientation;
- Basic technological skills (knowledge of Office package and Windows systems).
An ideal candidate is a planner, is organized, and can independently achieve objectives.

Employment contract: Full-time
